Research Interests

Ji Hee Song is a Professor of Marketing in the College of Business Administration at the University of Seoul, Seoul, South Korea. She was pointed as Vice President for International Affairs in 2023. She obtained her Ph.D. from the University of Georgia, and her MBA and BA in Economics from Korea University. Her research interests include interactive marketing/advertising and omnichannel retailing. Her articles have appeared in the Journal of Marketing, International Journal of Advertising, Marketing Letters, Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management, Service Industries Journal, and other refereed journals and proceedings. She serves as an Editor-in-Chief of Asia Marketing Journal
