Abstract

This paper describes the low-power channel-selection switched-capacitor filter for WCDMA applications. The 5th-order Elliptic lowpass filter consists of the operational amplifiers that incorporate the slew-rate enhancement technique in order to achieve low-power performance for a high sampling clock frequency. The filter is fabricated in a 0.35-μm 2P4M CMOS technology and power consumption is 21.36mW for a single supply voltage of 3.0V.
