N2 - Intelligent Program Management Information System (i-PgMIS) is a system designed for the effective management of urban regeneration of program units. It is performed for an extended period with a large business expense by a variety of subjects. i-PgMIS is constructed of modules such as cost management, schedule management, risk management and change management, which are considered as necessary technologies to manage the construction program, and it was developed to allow users to configure and use the applicable modules by utilizing cloud computing whenever necessary. Currently, the practicality of i-PgMIS is being studied by applying test bed to actual cases. In this study, we analyzed and presented the application effects of "EVE: Eco Value Engineering Supporting System", a system that is easily accessible to general VE experts. It supports eco-friendly idea creation among multiple module systems of i-PgMIS. To analyze the application effect, findings were divided into tangible, quasi-tangible and intangible areas. It was analyzed that EVE has sufficient utility, and that this system makes it possible to induce eco-friendly VE proposals efficiently. It also facilitates support for systematic VE study implementation in construction programs, subsequently helping maximize VE performance.
