Abstract

We have characterized the optical properties of fluorine-doped thin-multiwalled carbon nanotubes (f-doped t-CNTs) compared with thin multiwalled carbon nanotubes (t-CNTs) using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS). The THz power absorption and the index of refraction of f-doped t-CNTs were smaller than those of the raw t-CNTs. In addition, the transport parameters were acquired using the Bruggemann model fitting.
