Abstract

The optical and electrical properties of hydrogen-functionalized carbon nanotubes (H-CNTs) utilizing THz-spectroscopy have been measured. The results show that the H-CNTs have lower conductivity than CNTs do, which implies the carrier density reduction by functionalization.
