Classifying Chicken-Made Food Images Using Enhanced MobilNetV2

We focused on the development of a classification model for Chicken food images using convolutional neural networks (CNNs) for diet management apps. While previous studies have proposed methods for classifying food images in specific countries, little research has been done on Chicken food image classification. To address this gap, we collected images from various platforms and search engines and evaluated the proposed model’s performance using a Chicken food image dataset. The results showed that transfer learning can be used to achieve successful classification, but the model’s performance varied depending on the type of food being classified. Thus, further research is necessary to improve the accuracy of the model for specific food types. This study has implications for the training process of the classification model and the public Chicken food image dataset, which can be useful for future studies aiming to enhance the model’s performance.
