Abstract
The objective of this paper is to grope for possible solutions on the issue of burden sharing and, in particular, the involvement of developing countries. For this, we review the Kyoto Protocol and consider major driving forces and indicators of climate change negotiation. Then we propose three candidate solutions for burden sharing and, in light of the observation of major driving forces and indicators, present a form of the involvement of developing countries.
