Abstract

Laser-based microchip transfer emerges as a promising solution, enabling high-speed and precise micro-LED panel production. This study investigates laser-induced micro-LED chip transfer, analyzing blister formation and transfer tendencies using NIR femtosecond and UV nanosecond pulse lasers.
