Abstract

In this note, the H controller for input delayed systems are presented. The stability conditions and the H norm bound conditions are derived using the linear matrix inequalities. The H controller can be obtained by solving the linear matrix inequality problem with the convex optimization algorithms. The proposed controllers stabilize the input delayed system and simultaneously reduce the H norm of the closed loop transfer function, from the disturbance to the controlled output, to a prescribed level.
