Abstract

Nonlinear optical properties of Nb4C3 MXene were experimentally investigated by Z-scan measurements. Estimated nonlinear absorption coefficient and nonlinear refractive index were as -(2.52 ± 0.05) × 103 cm/GW and -0.10 ±0.01 cm2/GW at 1900 nm.
