Abstract

Low-power and multi-standard analog front-end circuits are presented. The proposed VGA consumes only 0.76-mW while offering a wide dynamic range of 43.3-dB per stage. The four different bandwidths of 2.5, 5, 7.5 and 10-MHz are supported by the fabricated 7th-order Chebyshev-I LPF with on-chip bandwidth tuning circuit.
