Abstract

A study was performed on the magnetotransport measurements through stacked Indium arsenide (InAs) self-assembled quantum dots (SAQD). It was found that the two strong conductance peaks at zero magnetic field splitted into four peaks. The double conductance peaks were interpreted as due to the conduction through the symmetric and asymmetric states of coupled SAQD.
