N2 - In this presentation, we investigate the phase control of constant-intensity waves propagating through disordered optical structures. By introducing the separate control of optical phase and amplitude, we show that random phase evolutions obeying the designed restriction can be realized in constant-intensity waves, synthetizing disordered structures composed of non-Hermitian optical potentials.
