Abstract

The focus of this research is to develop a program management model (named ABC model) for maintenance and remodeling (M/R) projects of multiple buildings in a large owner organization. The model is based on an active contacting strategy, buffer management with organizational grouping, and concurrent construction by work-zone. This total process management model aims to improve manageability and productivity of the global projects delivery process.
