Pulsed Erbium-doped Fiber Laser for Quantum Optics Applications

Abstract

We demonstrated a pulsed, erbium-doped mode-locked fiber laser for quantum optics application. The center wavelength, 3-dB bandwidth, pulse duration, and repetition rate of the laser was 1554 nm, 5.0 nm, 701 fs, and 13.12 MHz, respectively.
