Abstract

In this paper, a robust H controller is presented for the state and input delayed system with structured uncertainties of system and input matrices. The proposed controller is a delay independent and memoryless controller which stabilizes the uncertain delayed system and reduces the H norm of the closed loop transfer function to a prescribed level for all bounded structured uncertainties. The controller can be obtained by solving an LMI problem using the convex optimization algorithms.
