Abstract

We developed a solution-processed organic light-emitting diode (S-OLED) array in a bank structure (BS) configuration, integrated with organic thin-film-transistors (OTFTs)). For the fabrication of a patterned S-OLED with high resolution, the wettability of the BS was chemically modified by the ultraviolet ozone treatment. The S-OLED pixels with the line width of 10 μm exhibited the excellent pattern fidelity. The device operation by the OFTs was highly durable and stable.
