Abstract

In this communication, we demonstrate the achievement of the transverse spinning of light fields with globally unique handedness, by introducing the interface between two anisotropic metamaterials of different topologies in k-space. Extending to the regime of non-Hermitian photonics, we also introduce the novel polarization state in the meridional plane, possessing zero transverse spin component.
