N2 - In this communication, we demonstrate the achievement of the transverse spinning of light fields with globally unique handedness, by introducing the interface between two anisotropic metamaterials of different topologies in k-space. Extending to the regime of non-Hermitian photonics, we also introduce the novel polarization state in the meridional plane, possessing zero transverse spin component.
